Job Description : Summary Of Position

Responsible for greeting and checking patients in and out of clinic, via in-person or on the phone. Schedules patient appointments, takes client payment information, filing and other front desk tasks.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintains schedules of clinical staff.
• Entry and verification of client data
• Collects copayments
• Responsible for technology support for telehealth appointments
• Answers multi-line phone
• Registration of clients in the electronic medical record
• Excellent Customer Service to promote a service environments for individuals in need of behavioral health and / or co-occurring services that is recovery focused
• Research and verification of insurance benefits and knowledge to apply for alternative payer sources
• Prepare and scan documents to internal HIM
• Cross train and perform duties to cover neighboring locations

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Qualifications

Education Level : High school diploma or GED required

Years of Experience : N / A

Certification / Licensure : Valid and unrestricted driver's license is required
