Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
