What You Will Be Doing

Coordinates, Analyzes, and Maintains aircraft records in various electronic and paper systems. Analyzes completeness and accuracy of completed New Build, Maintenance, Modification, Repair and Overhaul records. Ensures all completed and scheduled Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTO) and One Time Inspections (OTI) are properly entered into aircraft paperwork and aircraft Maintenance / Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) (such as ALMS, CAMS, GO81, ALIS) etc. of the customer and company accurately to clearly depict the status of the aircraft. Analyzes the completeness and prepares final delivery package of the aircraft paperwork (AFTO 781 Series Forms) for final transfer or delivery to the customer (DD250 or DD1149). Performs process compliance audits and support the data analytics of the process compliance metrics. This Position is assigned to Edwards AFB CA, Flight Test and requires access to controlled environments.

Desired skills

• Exceptional organization skills with the ability to create and maintain record keeping process on more than one aircraft platform
• Understands LM aircraft records documentation QCR, FTSO, MTSO, SFM, QADS, QAR, 781, EIRs, etc
• USAF Plans and Scheduling experience desired.
• Aircraft Maintenance and Quality background preferred
