A company is looking for a Medical Records Analyst for a remote opportunity in Harrisburg, PA.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze Gap analysis reports and monthly Quality Improvement Plans (QIP)Review weekly file submissions and snapshots for validations and remediationsProvide feedback and issue Corrective Action or Formal Improvement Plans based on analysis findingsRequired Qualifications2 years of analytical healthcare experience, preferably in managed care or provider network rolesBachelor's degree requiredExperience with SAS SQL data mining software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and WordProficient in accessing, using, and analyzing complex medical information databases
