Medical Specialty: Urology | Male Reproductive Care

Company Overview:
Posterity Health is dedicated to the evaluation and treatment of male reproductive health issues. Our mission is to support couples facing fertility challenges by proactively addressing and treating male factor conditions. We have brought together a team of national experts to provide comprehensive care, from initial conception planning to critical life-impacting decisions.
Today, 1 in 8 couples experience difficulties conceiving, with male factors contributing to over 50% of these cases. Male reproductive health issues often go undiagnosed and untreated. Similar to how women receive specialized gynecologic care, we believe men deserve care from male reproductive specialists. Our goal is to facilitate the birth of healthy children in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.
Posterity Health offers male reproductive expertise through a blend of virtual visits, at-home diagnostics, and in-person consultations. We collaborate with fertility centers, OB/GYNs, and primary care providers to unify expert care. We are looking for passionate professionals to join us in achieving this vital mission.

-Support physicians and advanced practice teams in scheduling patients and keeping them on track with their treatment plans and objectives.
-Maintain comprehensive knowledge of patient referral status and document all interactions in the EMR.
-Ensure health information is managed in compliance with practice and federal regulations.
-Track member information, schedules, files, and forms confidentially.
