Our Client is seeking a Records Assistant .
Earn an hourly rate at this full-time position. Work Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM.
Job Description :
- Assists with the maintenance, organization, preservation, and retention of records
- Produces responses to certified policy requests, public records requests, and subpoenas responses
- Verifies certified document responses for accuracy
- Verifies public records requests and subpoena responses for accuracy
- Creates and maintains accurate computer and hard-copy files
- Reviews and assists in preparation of special projects and reports
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements :
