Overview :

The Women's Imaging Center, a Partner Practice of Together Women's Health , is seeking a full time Medical Receptionist / Front Desk clerk to join their growing team.

The Medical Receptionist / Front Desk clerk is a brand ambassador and is responsible for providing a warm welcome to every patient, every time. This role must provide outstanding customer service to each patient either on the phone and / or in person. The Medical Receptionist is also responsible for greeting patients, scheduling future appointments, and utilizing the Electronic Health Record system in a professional and efficient manner.

This position must be filled by someone open to travel to any of our 4 main locations (Denver, Westminster, Lakewood, Highlands Ranch) as needed although primary work location will be at one primary location.

Responsibilities :

• Greeting every patient with a smile
• Completing and updating patients' insurance information with accuracy and efficiency
• Utilizes the Electronic Health Record system to complete the registration process
• Complete the check out process by assisting the patients with scheduling future appointments
• Taking people and charts back and instructing patients on exam prep
• Verifying insurance eligibility to ensure timely billing to a third party vendor
• Collect co-pays and deductibles as directed by the billing policies
• Answer the appointment incoming scheduling calls and schedule incoming patients from provider orders (Scheduling 20+ patients / day)
• Must have a strong commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring each patient's encounter with our practice is professional, warm and caring and has met their needs. Experience in a medical setting is necessary.

Qualifications :

Previous customer service experience required

The hiring range for this position is $20-23 / hr.
