Description
Haun Welding Supply is seeking a results-driven Medical / Specialty Gas Outside Sales Representative to proactively generate and pursue leads while maintaining strong, lasting relationships with customers.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a solid understanding of specialty and medical gas markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed established sales goals for specialty gas products.
- Drive profitable sales growth through effective lead generation, relationship building, and account management.
- Proactively pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and nurturing existing customer relationships. Develop long-term supply relationships through contracts and / or agreements.
- Oversee A / R (accounts receivable) management, ensuring timely payment and resolving any outstanding issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent customer service and ensure customers' needs are fully met.
- Maintain and submit sales reports (daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses).
- Prepare sales proposals and contracts by quoting pricing, credit terms, estimated date of delivery based on knowledge of Haun's product availability, production and delivery schedules.
- Monitor competition through research and by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, existing products, new products, etc.
- Maintain detailed records on all accounts within the customer relationship management system.
- Participate in industry events to refine skills and maintain mutually beneficial business relationships.
- This position requires spending 70% of your time on the road within your assigned territory. The primary focus will be on creating new business opportunities while building and maintaining strong relationships with current customers. Your ability to connect with customers and understand their needs will be essential to driving growth and ensuring long-term success

Salary Description
Base Salary plus commission $60-$90k
