Contact existing customers by telephone (via Predictive Dialer Technology) to communicate State and / or Federal regulation changes since last order to present a subscription service and solution (postings or digital training products) to help customers address the needs of the business. Dynamic, career mindset required; individual needs to be open and willing to improve sales skills through coaching activities, adapt to a changing environment and be ready for increased responsibilities.

salary : $18 - $20 per hour

shift : First

work hours : 8 AM - 5 : 30 PM

education : High School

Responsibilities

• Contact existing customers in company provided campaigns (no cold-calling)
• Achieve orders targets & key performance metrics for dials, talk time, sales conversion, average order value, total revenue generated, and return percentage
• Achieve key Quality Assurance metrics for customer experience and sales accuracy
• Makes modifications to customer accounts as needed; inputs or updates customer's order information into computer system
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product / service offerings, company processes and procedures, and the industry at large
