As the Medical Director, your primary responsibility is to ensure the delivery of high-quality, compassionate, and comprehensive veterinary care to our patients, while maintaining a positive, professional, and supportive work environment for the veterinary team. The Medical Director is responsible for upholding the mission, vision, and values of the organization within the hospital. The Medical Director also works in close partnership with the Hospital Director to ensure the hospital’s success by acting as a medical subject matter expert, overseeing the entire medical team, and driving operational excellence. It is also expected that the Medical Director will maintain awareness of advances in veterinary medicine and take part in yearly CE in topics related to hospital leadership, management, or training and development.
