Compensation Range : 18.03 - $24.46
The referenced pay range represents the first and last step pay rates for this job, as set forth in the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Individual pay will be set in accordance with terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
Responsibilities :
Provides clerical, receptionist and customer service on patient care units while maintaining confidentiality.

Under direct supervision of Nurse Manager or designee, assembles and maintains patient records, processes orders, and performs skilled receptionist duties. Facilitates unit operations through communications with all hospital departments, and greets patients, families, and all health care team members.
Requirements
High School education and one year of clerical experience with demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
PREFER : Knowledge of medical terminology and typing or data entry experience.
