Your Opportunity : Taylor Healthcare, a division of Taylor Corporation, is looking for a Medical Writer / Editor (editor / writer / knowledgebase coordinator) to assist in the development and maintenance of a library of procedure-specific informed consent materials.

Your Responsibilities :

• Research informed consent topics and write or edit consent form text related to procedure descriptions, risks, and alternatives. Synchronize and coordinate a document’s text with other similar topics. An editor manages a library of topics and must maintain their relatedness.
• Tag documents with a variety of metadata as appropriate (CPT codes, keywords, topic families).
• Write at a 6th grade reading level.
• Decide topics to include in the library (or exclude) on a specialty-by-specialty basis.
• Work in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, as well as a proprietary content management system.
