Responsibilities :
- Develop, write, and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user guides, API documentation, release notes, and FAQs.
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, and UX design teams to understand and document new features, product updates, and technical workflows.
- Manage comprehensive style guides and content templates to ensure consistency across all technical documents.
- Review and edit content produced by other team members and provide constructive feedback.
- Analyze product requirements and design specifications to develop appropriate documentation strategies.
- Conduct interviews and obtain technical inputs from subject matter experts (SMEs) to gain a deep understanding of complex technical details.
- Maintain and organize documentation repositories, ensuring all materials are current, relevant, and accessible to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in technical communication to continuously improve documentation quality.
