About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Medicare Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will work with inbound leads and prospective clients to educate them on Medicare options and guide them through the enrollment process. This position combines consultative sales and customer service, helping individuals understand their healthcare coverage while turning qualified leads into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
Contact and follow up with inbound leads to discuss Medicare coverage options.
Educate prospective clients on Medicare plans, benefits, and enrollment requirements.
Build trust with clients through strong customer service and consultative sales techniques.
Guide individuals through the enrollment process and ensure accurate completion of required documentation.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.
Stay current on Medicare regulations, plan changes, and compliance requirements.
Meet or exceed individual sales goals and conversion metrics.
Provide ongoing support to clients by answering questions and assisting with plan updates when needed.
Qualifications
Previous experience in sales, insurance, Medicare advising, or customer service preferred.
Medicare license (or willingness to obtain) required.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to explain complex information in a clear and helpful manner.
Comfortable working with leads, making outbound calls, and following up with prospects.
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Experience
Background in insurance sales, healthcare benefits, or Medicare plans.
Experience converting inbound leads into clients.
Knowledge of Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Part D plans.
