Position Overview : As a Medical Call Center Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients and healthcare providers, delivering exceptional service and support. You’ll handle inbound calls, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and provide accurate information in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Location : On-site
Schedule : Full-time, Monday–Friday

- Answer high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Assist patients with appointment scheduling, billing inquiries, and general questions
- Verify insurance coverage and update patient records
