  • Provide compassionate and effective counseling services, addressing the unique needs and concerns of each patient while promoting mental wellness and recovery.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough electronic medical records (EMR) for each patient encounter, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Leverage Geode Health's proprietary tools and resources, including MBC (Measurement-Based Care), scheduling software, billing systems, and IT support, to streamline patient care and administrative processes.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education provided by Geode Health to enhance clinical skills, stay abreast of emerging trends in mental healthcare, and maintain licensure and credentials.
  • Engage in collaborative discussions and consultations with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other therapists, to optimize patient outcomes and treatment plans.
  • Adhere to all relevant ethical, legal, and professional standards governing mental health practice, including maintaining confidentiality and upholding patient rights.

Qualifications :

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist in the state of North Carolina.
  • Experience providing therapy to individuals with diverse backgrounds and presenting concerns, preferably in an outpatient or virtual setting.
  • Proficiency in utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems and virtual therapy platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to establish rapport and communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards of practice.
  • Benefits :

  • Flexible PRN schedule, allowing for work-life balance and autonomy.
  • Competitive compensation based on a fee schedule for patient sessions.
  • Access to Geode Health's comprehensive suite of tools, resources, and training to support clinical practice and professional growth.
  • Opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team of mental health professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality care.
  • Inclusion in Geode Health's network of in-network providers, offering potential for patient referrals and growth opportunities.
  • At Geode Health, we offer :

  • Competitive compensation
