Mental Health Nurse - Home Health

Schedule- Full Time / Days

Supports Salem, Keizer, Turner and other areas as needed

The dual role of a Mental Health / Home Health Registered Nurse, under the direction of the Home Health Clinical Supervision and on order of the physician, is accountable for direct and indirect quality care for patients of all ages, according to the individualized needs of the patient, following the nursing process and in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby / on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
