Project Description :
BPHC Human Resources department is looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic HR Marketing Graduate Student Intern to join our team and help us drive top talent to our company via innovative recruitment marketing strategies. The HR Marketing Intern will also develop and design content and marketing for the Human Resources team. The HR Marketing Intern will help plan internal HR communications and event activities and develop materials to deliver the HR Department's message to internal and external applicants.
The HR Marketing Specialist will assist with coordination of meetings and other events and be responsible for aiding Human Resources management with administrative tasks.
Qualifications
Learning Objectives :
- Learn about marketing and advertising trends in the HR / staffing industry
- Use digital marketing strategy experience to improve and promote BPHC's websites and other web-based resources
- Learn about candidate engagement experience and suggest improvements
- Support internal HR initiatives, such as company-wide announcements, newsletters, brochures, and intranet updates, to keep employees informed
- Assist in planning, developing, producing, and delivering HR marketing material
