Job Description :

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychiatric care, exceptional diagnostic and therapeutic skills, and a passion for making a positive difference in the lives of individuals experiencing mental health challenges.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations to determine diagnosis and develop treatment plans.
• Prescribe and manage medication regimens, monitor treatment effectiveness, and adjust as necessary.
• Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals and groups.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and nurses, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and case conferences to discuss patient progress and treatment plans.
