Keystone Mental Health Services is currently seeking a Mental Health Professional (Master's level Clinician) to join our team of professionals in making a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors and the community.

The Mental Health Professional is an integral part of the team working within our Long-Term Structured Residence (LTSR).

The Work :

• Provides comprehensive clinical services to adults with mental health diagnoses.
• Manages the development and implementation of individualized service plans (goal plan, behavioral plan, etc.) and ensures comprehensive care is being provided.
• Assist individuals using services in their development of self-sufficiency (i.e., self-care, household maintenance, cooking, etc.).
• Assure that Interdisciplinary Team Meetings are held and provide input into all aspects of an individual's service planning. Attend all treatment team meetings for individuals on assigned caseload or as determined by Supervisor.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure program coverage.
• Additional responsibilities include file reviews, data collection, reporting and facilitating clinical training based on the needs of program staff.
