Key Responsibilities
Interact with clients in a therapeutic manner and model effective coping and recovery-oriented living skills
Assist clients in identifying personal recovery goals and setting objectives for interventions
Advocate for appropriate resources and maintain relationships to monitor clients' emotional and behavioral changes
Required Qualifications
Four years of full-time paid experience in a mental health or human service field, or a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
Experience in crisis intervention and handling phone requests under pressure
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
Experience in a clean, well-lighted, and moderately loud work environment
Understanding of recovery-oriented practices and client advocacy
