Job descriptionRequirements include the completion of a master's degree in social work from an accredited school of Social Work or master's in counseling and Licensed eligible (LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, LADC, LMFT) or obtaining licensure in which pay scale accommodations are considered depending on licensure. Inpatient field placement experience is preferred. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) modality, previous DBT training, and DBT treatment experience required. DBT certification preferred.

Therapist Opportunity Description
Our client is a well-established provider of behavioral health services. They have a current opening for a social worker that has extensive experience working in an adult partial hospitalization program utilizing Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
- Comfortable serving an adult population with co-occurring needs
- Treat clients through the Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) modality
- Clinicians will offer group therapy, group psychoeducation, case management, individual clinical support, and family therapy, as determined by the needs of an individual case.
- On-Site Position located on the west side of Boston.
Licensed Clinical Social Worker Education / Requirements :
The compensation scale listed is a general salary range and is not intended to represent the actual annual or hourly compensation rate for this role. An offer will be made to the selected candidate at the conclusion of the interview process based on their relevant experience and the responsibilities of the position. Our client does offer a competitive compensation package potentially including incentives, health and dental insurance, PTO, retirement plans (401K) and opportunities for professional development.
