The amazing people who fill this role provide basic nursing care, aid with activities of daily living, and assist in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment. Under the direction and supervision of the Charge Nurse and unit Lead Mental Health Worker, within the job modifications and work restrictions outlined by their physician.The position is an hourly, non-exempt, overtime-eligible position with a wage starting at $21.00 for all new hires. Automatic merit increases will apply annually based on annual evaluations.

Ideally, someone with at least 6 months of experience focused on human behavior, psychiatry, psychology, social services and related field will apply.
