Job Description
You will be a Laser Welder for our team in Chelmsford, MA, responsible for performing laser welding of microelectronic assemblies to create hermetic seals. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality products that safeguard national security and advance the industry.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Laser Welder, your responsibilities will include :
- Performing laser welding of microelectronic assemblies to create hermetic seals, utilizing automated machines, leak checking, operating vacuum ovens and thermal chambers, and working with mechanical presses, inert gas mixture gloveboxes, and solder vacuum furnaces
- Troubleshooting of assemblies that do not pass leak checks and other various microelectronic assembly work will be part of the role
