Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and reliability of RWA calculations. Maintain thorough documentation of processes, calculations, and code implementations. Minimum 5 years of SQL experience, with a proven track record of writing efficient and complex queries. 2-5 years of experience with Basel rules and capital regulation interpretation, particularly for RWA calculations. Proficiency in VBA coding for process automation and enhancement. Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills to articulate findings and collaborate effectively with diverse teams

Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Analyst / RWA Calculation Analyst to support Consumer Risk-Weighted Asset (RWA) calculations and ensure compliance with Basel regulations. The ideal candidate will have robust technical expertise in SQL and VBA coding, coupled with a strong understanding of Basel RWA rules. This role is pivotal in managing month-end and quarter-end processes, implementing new calculation solutions, and transitioning to enhanced systems.
Key Responsibilities :
Consumer RWA Support :
- Execute month-end and quarter-end RWA calculations using Saber, the internal application for computations.
- Conduct ad hoc research on data variances by running SQL code and performing detailed data analysis.
- Basel Rule Compliance :
- Review and interpret Basel regulations to ensure calculations align with the rules.
- Document compliance, including detailed SQL code reviews, to substantiate alignment with Basel requirements.
