Summary

Successful Military Personal Bankers are enthusiastic about delivering excellent client service, understanding and promoting bank products to individuals and companies, conducting accurate banking transactions in a fast-paced environment, and working with a team to achieve individual and group goals.
Responsibilities
Deliver fast, easy and personal service consistent with company standards in all client, non-client and associate interactions.
Introduce, promote and recommend consumer banking products and services to clients and non-clients.
Process banking transactions for clients, including cash transactions, cashing checks, assisting with deposits and withdrawals, issuing cashier's checks and money orders, opening checking and savings account and assisting clients with obtaining other bank products, including credit cards and personal loans.
Balance currency, coin and checks in client transactions and teller drawer as required.
Adhere to all bank compliance, security and operational policies and procedures, as well as financial loss standards.
Play an essential role in finding the right solutions for clients.
Maintain client information in complete confidence.
Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed established goals for the position.
Protect all client and bank information confidentially and follow all company policies.
Understand, communicate, and instill the Company's mission, vision, and values (Pillars of Success).
Complete monthly training in a timely manner to ensure knowledge of bank regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.
Working at the worksite during regular business hours and / or assigned hours.
Other specified duties as assigned.
Compensation & Benefits
The Military Personal Banker I position pays a minimum of $18.00 per hour. This position is eligible for additional incentive compensation monthly, based on achievement of established incentive goals.

Physical Requirements
The work environment is typical of a standard office or retail banking setting. The position involves standing most of the workday. The position will involve moving about the workspace to reach entrances / exits, restrooms, conference rooms, or other areas within the work environment. Reaching may be required involving the ability to move arms in any direction. Office equipment, such as a computer and telephone, will be used requiring the ability to manipulate a keyboard, mouse, and / or keypad. The ability to decipher a computer screen or written documents is necessary. The ability to express or exchange ideas; impart information to clients, coworkers, or the public; or to convey detailed or important instructions; is required. The ability to receive and understand detailed information shared through oral or written communication is required. Position requires lifting and / or the exerting of up to 10 pounds of force.
