Entity - Corporate Services
Department - Information Services, Epic
Location -3535 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA
Hours - M-F, Hybrid, 9am-5pm
Responsibilities :
Responsible for leading and managing multiple cross-functional work teams across multiple entities and / or practices relating to the development of innovative application solutions that achieve successful performance goals for the assigned functions.
Oversee project plans to ensure milestones and project deliverables are met.
Directly manage manager, lead and developer level personnel that are focused on specific custom software development solutions. Typical staff in span of control is approximately 20.
Use working knowledge of application systems, software development methodology, and business processes to deliver high quality custom software applications.
Oversee the management and development of new functionality, testing and implementing software releases and system upgrades, and fixing system defects.
Oversee the change management procedures and protocols for the department; create and maintain all policies and procedures for all assigned applications, and develop, plan and execute testing for supported applications.
Responsible for planning and ensuring professional development initiatives are met within the team.
Interact closely with the Software Development Senior Director and key application stakeholders / users with strong interpersonal, verbal and written skills.
Education or Equivalent Experience :
Bachelor's degree. (Required)
5 years of related experience. (Required)
3 years of demonstrated management experience. (Required)
