$1500.00 Sign On Bonus (External applicants only)

Work Schedule : Monday Friday 8 hr shifts between 7 : 00a.m. 6 : 00p.m. with rotating Saturdays working either 7 : 00a.m. 1 : 30p.m. or 8 : 00a.m. - 12 : 30 p.m. This is a full time position working 40 hours per week. The hours / location may change / vary based on business need and / or the request(s) of your supervisor or management.

Float Incentive : Additional $1.00 / hr plus mileage reimbursement

Work Location : St Clair Shores, Detroit and Gross Point, MI

Benefits : Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including : Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD / LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Casual, PRN & Part Time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only. Job Responsibilities :

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
• Process billing information and collect payments when required
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs
• Provide superior customer service to all patients
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
• Travel to additional sites when needed
