- 15+ years of experience in hydraulic transient engineering / analysis. 20+ years preferred.
- 5+ years of experience serving as project manager,
- Experience in water / wastewater industry is required; oil and gas industry experience is a plus.
- Education - degree in Engineering (minimum); in Engineering (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills – both technical writing and oral.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a project team and oversee excellent quality of work.
- Commitment to technical excellence and the continuous professional development of self and responsible support staff.
- Professional Engineer license and the ability to become licensed in Texas within 6 months is required.
