Overview :

We are looking for a passionate and highly skilled Product Engineer to join our Product Team. This person will help discover and deliver innovative solutions to our customers' most challenging engineering design problems. This tactical role works closely with Product Managers, Product Designers, and Software Engineers to execute on an established product roadmap. This necessitates expert-level skills with our product, a thorough understanding of our core technology, deep knowledge of customers' workflows, and strong communication and project management skills.

This role reports to the Director of Product.

What You'll Do :

• Deeply understand how our customers use nTop to solve their problems
• Identify and develop application-focused solutions based on customer use cases
• Build nTop blocks and demos to test new ideas with potential customers
• Develop best practices with our technical field teams for common applications
• Document product specifications for the Engineering team and develop tailored solutions in the user environment
• Build technical enablement material for our Go-to-Market teams
• Contribute to technical documentation and other customer support resources
• Contribute insights to product leadership for roadmap formulation

Compensation : $105,000-120,000 annually, depending on experience
