We are looking for an addition to our team of software developers who design, implement, and support the models and simulator for the Calibre Resolution Enhancement Technology (RET) tools. This position reports to the Calibre RET Modeling R&D Manager. Responsibilities Include : Research existing work in the field and applicable fieldsDevelop novel solutions to complex problemsPresent detailed technical proposals to and lead discussions with peers and managementCreate proof of concept prototypes quickly in a scripting languageImplement production ready software in C++Document new software in functional specificationsPerform detailed, quantitative analysis of performance and quality of the softwareCreate regression tests and regularly monitor the software performance and qualityQuickly fix bugs in production softwarePrepare marketing materials for customer presentations Show proficiency in the principles of optics and electromagnetism as they relate to lithography modeling.Implement object oriented software in C++Analyze data in Matlab or PythonWork comfortably in Linux and with Microsoft Office programs Word, Power Point, and OutlookCompile information into clear documents or slides and present to peers, management, and customersWorking in the semiconductor industry, specifically with lithography and optical proximity correction softwareDevelop machine learning based models for physical processesCandidates must be able to : Develop machine learning based models for physical processesImplement object oriented software in C++Analyze data in Matlab or PythonWork comfortably in Linux and with Microsoft Office programs Word, Power Point, and OutlookCompile information into clear documents or slides and present to peers, management, and customersNice to have experienceWorking in the semiconductor industry, specifically with lithography and optical proximity correction softwareProgramming for GPUBSEE, MSEE / MS or Ph.D. Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field is required This position may be located in Wilsonville, OR or Fremont, CA Why us? Transform the EverydayThe salary range for this position is $105,100 to $189,200 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education / training.
