Essential Functions
- Document Preparation and Review : Assist in preparing and reviewing mortgage documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Data Entry : Input and update client information in the mortgage processing system.
- Communication : Communicate with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and provide updates on the loan process.
- File Management : Maintain and organize physical and electronic loan files, ensuring all required documentation is included.
- Scheduling : Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-ups with clients and team members.
- Compliance : Ensure all processes and documentation comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Support : Provide general administrative support to the processing team, including answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence.
