Job description
A company is looking for a Loan Processor, Wholesale, Submission.
Key Responsibilities
Review loan submissions, monitor incoming documents, and verify data collected by brokers
Organize and input loan information into the Loan Origination System (LOS) and maintain open files
Communicate with external parties and internal staff to resolve issues and ensure compliance with guidelines
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent work experience
One to two (1-2) years of Loan Processing work experience required
Thorough knowledge of mortgage loan processing functions and underwriting guidelines
Experience with Encompass / Empower and other Automated Underwriting Engines preferred
Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
