Position Summary

The position is a producing manager role and is responsible for the recruitment, hiring, development and retention of the Mortgage Loan Officers (MLO’s) of Susser Bank Mortgage for assigned territories. Additionally, the employee is expected to meet minimum production metrics for their book of business. This role is for the Sales Manager that also originates as an MLO. Delivering minimum productions metrics for managed producers and employee is critical to long-term success. There are two sets of primary duties and responsibilities for this role :

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Coaches MLO staff to achieve maximum production levels; conducts performance reviews and supports overall employee career development.
• Overseas sales team performance and communicates goals and policy changes on a regular basis. Emphasis and compensation are on purchase money production.
• Recruits, hires, trains, and manages all production personnel for assigned territory. Ensures compliance with all federal, state, regulatory and company rules and policies.
• Builds loan officer goals and monitors pipelines on regular basis.
