Job descriptionLoan processor collects and verifies the borrower(s) personal information and financial records. Prepares all loan documents that are submitted to the Underwriter / lender of the loan, and keeps the records in order for the financial transaction. Acts as a liaison between the borrower(s), bank attorney, borrower's attorney if applicable, lender and loan originator. Provides borrower(s), with timely and periodic status updates of their loan application. Updates mortgage loan approval and follows up on missing documents. Establish, maintain, and update files, databases, records, and / or other documents for recurring internal reports. Compiles documents borrower files and enters information into the office data management system. Makes sure that all borrower(s) files are complete and in compliance with regulatory agencies and internal policies. Process the documents received for each file. Verify the accuracy and completeness of each document. Other duties as assigned.

- Bilingual- Fluent in English and Spanish a must!
- Excellent records and file management skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Gmail and Adobe Professional.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service in person and on the phone.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and frequent interruptions.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and courtesy.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Normal office environment & working conditions.
