What You'll Need To Be Successful...
Success in this job relies on your experience in processing mortgage loans and your understanding of the residential mortgage loan process from application through selling the loan package to an investor. Excellent communication skills are a must, along with knowledge of Conventional, FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, & VA underwriting guidelines along with organization skills, and positive attitude.
Qualifications :
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Teamwork and customer service is a must
- Self-motivated and energetic
- Strong computer and technology related skills
- Able to work independently and proactively, prioritizing work load and handle multiple tasks
