DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensures sound fiscal management and accountability through the effective Transportation services, receiving, storage, retrieval, delivery, surplus, and salvage of University assets.
Responsible for the management of Motor Pool operations. The back-up coordinator for Fixed Assets and Central Receiving.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Physically perform requirements of the job, driving, and prolonged standing, walking and lifting 35 to 50 pounds
- Ability to use personal computers and automated equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively with parents, students, staff and faculty
- Experience in general office procedures
