JOB DESCRIPTION :

We're seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our high-performing sales team at our Tempe, AZ headquarters. The role is responsible for a partnership relationship with a successful brand. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate, hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic, mission-driven environment. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record in B2C sales, proven experience managing sales professionals, and a commitment to fostering a positive, goal-oriented team culture.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Sales Representatives to exceed performance targets and KPIs.
Hire, train, and onboard new sales team members in alignment with our culture and expectations.
Implement sales strategies and tactics that align with company goals and core values.
Monitor team performance, analyze sales metrics, and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and operations to optimize the sales funnel and customer experience
Conduct regular 1 : 1s and team meetings to drive accountability and motivation
Maintain a deep understanding of our offerings, industry trends, and customer needs
Foster a high-performance, feedback-driven culture where team members are supported and empowered

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in a high-velocity environment

At least 2 years of experience managing and developing sales teams

Demonstrated ability to lead by example and cultivate a positive team culture

Strong communication, coaching, and performance management skills /

Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM systems.

High energy, goal-oriented, and passionate about personal and professional development

Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
