Job Title : Travel MRI Technologist
Job Location : California
Type of Facility : Mobile MRI Unit
Length of Assignment : 13-26 Weeks
Start Date : Mid January
Work Schedule : Monday-Friday, 6 : 00 PM - 12 : 00 AM
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Operate 1.5T Signa HDxt MRI scanner and Medrad injector in a mobile trailer setting
- Escort patients from the facility's registration desk to the MRI trailer
- Perform IV insertions and administer contrast as needed
- Conduct various MRI scans (excluding prostate and breast exams)
- Maintain a fast-paced workflow, seeing one patient every 30-45 minutes
- Ensure proper patient care and safety during MRI procedures
