Managing the Facility Operations Manager and the Office Manager & Finance Assistant - you will ensure that the Museum remains a safe, efficient, and welcoming space for children and families. From infrastructure maintenance to safety compliance, you will oversee all aspects of facilities management while optimizing operational workflows to enhance the visitor experience.

Board & Committee Engagement

Serving as the primary liaison to the Finance and Audit Committees, you will present monthly financial dashboards and timely reports to keep the Board informed on key financial and operational matters. Your insights and leadership will support informed decision-making and the Museum's long-term strategic vision.

Strategic Leadership & Thought Partnership

As a trusted advisor to the Executive Director, you will bring a solutions-driven mindset to financial and operational challenges, ensuring that the Museum remains mission-driven, financially sound, and positioned for sustainable growth. You will help shape policies and procedures that enhance efficiency, strengthen compliance, and drive impact across all Museum functions.
