What you will be doing…
As a Sales Director at First Class Air Support, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success and growth of the organization. Your responsibilities will span multiple facets of the sales process, from strategic planning and customer engagement to team leadership and business development. You will be instrumental in building and sustaining relationships with key clients, ensuring that their needs are met with high-quality solutions and exceptional service. Your role will involve :
- Preparing Responses to RFQs and RFPs : You will be responsible for meticulously crafting responses to Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.
- Quoting and Follow-ups : You will generate and provide competitive quotes for customers, track and follow up on all outstanding quotes, and negotiate terms that are favorable for both the customer and the organization.
- Leading Contract Negotiations : You will lead the negotiation process for contracts and agreements, securing terms that align with both customer expectations and industry regulations, while ensuring compliance and protecting the company's interests.
- Client and Stakeholder Relationships : Building and nurturing long-term relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners will be a central part of your role. You will actively work to understand their needs, deliver exceptional service, and strengthen loyalty and satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : You will work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales strategies with company objectives. This collaboration will ensure the seamless execution of product launches, service enhancements, and customer support initiatives.
- Sales Team Leadership : You will lead, manage, and mentor the sales team, setting clear goals, providing guidance, and fostering a high-performance culture. You will also identify training and development needs, providing opportunities to enhance the team's skills and product knowledge.
- Market and Competitor Analysis : Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities, understand market trends, and develop strategies to increase market share.
- Customer Feedback and Improvement : Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement, working with other departments to implement changes that enhance the customer experience and address any service gaps.
- Reporting and Strategic Planning : You will be responsible for tracking sales performance, preparing regular reports for senior management, and contributing to the strategic planning process by providing insights and recommendations based on your market knowledge and sales data.
- Industry Representation : You will represent FCAH Aerospace at industry events, conferences, and meetings, promoting the brand, building networks, and staying informed of industry developments.
- Other Duties as Assigned : Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the company's strategic goals and objectives.
