We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative music teacher to join Bellflower Unified. Music teacher responsibilities include teaching instrumental and vocal music to students, conducting ensembles, and supporting the vocal and band music programs. Key responsibilities include planning and delivering music lessons, conducting music ensembles, organizing school concerts and performances, collaborating with colleagues to develop integrated lessons and activities across the campus, maintaining musical instruments and equipment, and creating a positive classroom environment.

Districtwide Elementary Music Teacher : This position requires the music teacher to offer one class period f instruction per week to all 5th and 6th grade classes across all BUSD's elementary campuses along with another music teacher. Additionally, the Music / Performing Arts Teacher will be responsible for planning and facilitating winter and spring musical events as well as other district coordinated events.

Prop 28 Music Teacher : This position requires the music teacher to plan and teach vocal and / or instrumental lessons to TK-4th grade students. The position may be at one site or split between sites.
