Overview

As a Nail Technician at Loma de Vida, you will have the opportunity to provide individualized nail services and treatments to clients, including manicures and pedicures. You will be responsible for removing any previous nail polish, shaping and smoothing the ends of nails, and cleaning the nails; to include softening, pushing back and trimming nail cuticles, and apply new polish onto nails. As the Nail Technician at Loma de Vida, you will exemplify La Cantera Resort and Spa culture while working to provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests at all times. Compensation : 40% Commission plus 19% gratuity! (Please View Spa Menu for Pricing) Qualifications Ability to give meticulous manicure, pedicure, artificial nail application and hand / foot treatments. Consult with the guest to ensure expectations are met for a pleasurable visit, may include site tour. Must possess current licensing required by the state Prepare nail care equipment, sanitize instruments, treatment areas and supplies daily, and complete all tasks necessary for opening and closing shifts. Previous experience in the spa or salon industry preferred Previous customer service and retail sales skills essential Great communicator. Providing amazing experiences requires the ability to communicate fluently in English both verbally and through legible writing A qualified applicant is a “people person” who is flexible with their schedule, loves to serve others, and knows how to multi-task while ensuring accuracy Flexibility in schedule a must!
