New family in Zionsville is looking for a full time nanny for their newborn daughter who was born in September. Candidate should be reliable, patient, active and engaging, flexible, and is a proponent of open communication. Schedule would mainly be Tuesday - Friday from 7a-5p, with some Mondays as half days (1 Monday a month will be 7a-5p). Added responsibilities include doing the baby’s laundry and washing bottles, dinner prep for mom and dad would be an added bonus but not necessary! Great position to grow with this wonderful family! 1 year commitment, however hours may be less in summer as dad is a teacher and is home (this can be discussed further if interested in this position) Covid Vax preferred, family is willing to meet unvaccinated candidates however. Must have up to date TDap and flu shot. Also must be willing to care for the child when she is mildly ill. You focus on the work. We do the rest. Responsibilities and Requirements : We are looking for an engaging, child-focused individuals who are willing to have fun, play, read, do arts and crafts and other activities, and provide an attentive and safe environment for the children in their care. 2+ years childcare, babysitter or nanny experience, preferably including infant and toddler experience. Must have a reliable insured vehicle for travel to family homes.
