We place pre-screened families with our exceptional caregivers who prioritize child development and create loving and supportive environments. About the Position : Location : Olathe, KS Schedule : Full-time, Monday-Friday, with flexible hours between 40-45 hours per week. Responsibilities : Provide loving and attentive care for an infant. Feeding, diapering, and soothing the baby. Engaging in age-appropriate activities that promote sensory exploration, cognitive development, and motor skills. Maintaining a clean and organized nursery and play areas. Assisting with meal preparation (as needed). Light housekeeping duties related to childcare. About the Family : This family is seeking a nanny who is a good fit for their laid-back yet organized lifestyle. They are looking for someone who is both nurturing and engaging, creating a stimulating environment for their child. They value clear communication and appreciate a nanny who is proactive and communicative. The Ideal Candidate :   At least 2 years of solid experience caring for infants. High School Diploma or equivalent with some coursework in child development (preferred). 3-5 childcare references highlighting infant care Enthusiastic and engaging personality with a calm and gentle demeanor. Reliable with a valid driver's license a reliable vehicle and a clean driving record Approachable and easy to communicate with. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, responsible, and punctual. Experience with infant sleep training and a commitment to maintaining consistent sleep schedules. Prioritizes a clean and organized environment. Up to date on vaccinations, including DTaP booster, flu, and COVID-19. Comfortable utilizing the Nara app for communication and scheduling.
