You will play a critical role in ensuring our daily operations run smoothly, managing various platforms, and supporting different departments to maintain efficiency. If you’re experienced in administrative tasks and familiar with tools such as Time to Pet, JazzHR, Gusto, MailChimp, QuickBooks, and Google Business Suite, we’d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities :
Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, record-keeping, and administrative support
Maintain and oversee the use of Time to Pet for managing client relationships and scheduling
Assist HR with recruitment tasks via JazzHR, including posting jobs, tracking applicants, and organizing interviews
Create and distribute newsletters and email campaigns using MailChimp
Manage email, calendars, and file organization through Google Business Suite
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications
Provide support for special projects, event planning, and team coordination
Collaborate with Management and Team to improve administrative processes and workflow Preferred Qualifications :
Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role
Hands-on experience with Time to Pet, JazzHR, Gusto, MailChimp, QuickBooks, and Google Business Suite
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus
Experience in Pet Care Services, Veterinary Care Services or Pet Sitting Services
Familiarity with Office Administration and Customer Service
Basic knowledge of Computer Systems, Office Equipment and ability to work remotely Powered by JazzHR
