IMA Financial GroupChicago, IL, United StatesIMA is seeking an Account Executive to join our growing National Real Estate Team! This person is responsible for maintaining the overall responsibility of the entire renewal policy review, setting plans, conducting loss analysis, program design, data completeness, and coverage and premium discrepancy issues for all existing accounts. This role is eligible for remote work.
Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to :
- Support in winning new business and set up of new accounts
- Maintain intimate knowledge of clients' business operations, strategies, and needs throughout the year
- Kicks-off the client renewal process by creating the Game Plan and completing a coverage analysis (if applicable) and conducting thorough review of the policy and all relevant documents
- Prepare for and facilitate meetings with key IMA stakeholders and clients
- Craft the marketing strategies, review submissions, and engage in negotiations with underwriters to determine the relevant content to include in proposals
- Pursue mastery of the craft through on-going education and awareness of industry trends, products, and services
- Develop and maintain carrier relationships
- Manage a book of business greater than $1.3 million in revenue
50% + book of business focused on large / complex accounts. Play a lead role with large / complex accounts, based on primary industry levels

Salary Range
111,000 — $190,000 USD
