About the Role

Our client seeks a results-driven National Account Manager to lead new customer acquisition, generate leads, and develop long-term client relationships. This role focuses on business development, contract negotiations, and strategic sales efforts to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities .
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships .
  • Develop targeted sales strategies and negotiate contracts.
  • Manage the full sales cycle , from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Maintain a pipeline of opportunities using CRM software.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals .
  • Collaborate with leadership on sales planning and forecasting .
  • Stay updated on industry trends and company services .

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of sales and business development experience (construction industry preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas .
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills .
  • Ability to travel up to 80% .
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
  • Experience using CRM software .
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
