  • Work closely with internal teams—including sales leadership, technical managers, and engineering services—to coordinate regional efforts. Influence policies, practices, and procedures to optimize business development outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, reviewing work and sharing best practices. Represent the organization at industry symposiums and experience center events, positioning the company as a market leader.
  • Conduct high-impact sales calls and deliver professional presentations to diverse audiences, including architects, builders, developers, facility engineers, and code officials. Utilize advanced presentation tools and product demonstrations to drive market growth.
  • Travel up to 50% to engage with customers, attend industry events, and support regional initiatives

  • Excellent presentation, public speaking and professional writing skills
  • Highly advanced negotiation, persuasion, selling and closing skills
  • Strategic sales planning and prospecting new customers
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions
  • Identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision

Education, Certification/License & Work Experience

  • 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and building strategic partnerships
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies and manage client relationships
