Our client is seeking a National Accounts Director in the United States.
As a National Account Director, you will take ownership of our most important client relationships, developing and executing tailored strategies to drive long-term success. You’ll act as the primary liaison between the company and key accounts, ensuring seamless collaboration while identifying opportunities for growth. This role involves leading contract negotiations, overseeing account performance, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and innovative solutions. You’ll also be responsible for analysing market trends, presenting business reviews, and providing strategic recommendations to both clients and senior leadership.
We’re looking for an experienced leader with at least 5 to 7 years of success in national account management, sales, or business development. Strong commercial acumen, proven negotiation skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders are essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional analytical thinking. Above all, you’ll need to be a self-motivated, resilient professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
